艺术教育要立足培养具有创新意识的高层次的艺术人才既要有业务精的专业教师,还要有高素质的文化教师。艺术学校的文化课教师要建立全新的知识结构;运用多种教育教学手段;提高道德素质,增强社会责任感。除具备教师一般素质外,还应具有一些特殊的能力。

Art education needs not only creative professional teachers but also high-quality literacy ones to bring up art talents. And it is very necessary for literacy teachers to have newest information structure, manifold teaching methods, moral diathesis and strong responsibility. They should also have some unusual abilities besides the common quality.
