摘要
我们将12例人食管癌手术切除组织接种于NC和BALB/C裸鼠皮下,其中2例获移植成功,裸鼠间传代达32代,历时2年余,建立了二株人食管癌裸鼠移植瘤,分别为人食管鳞状细胞癌裸鼠移植瘤(HEC_2)和人食管腺鳞癌裸鼠移植瘤(HEC_6)。两移植瘤具有潜伏期短、移植成功率高(100%)、荷瘤存活时间长及生物学特性稳定等特点。并在建立大鼠食管癌细胞系(RE25—3.)的基础上,建立了二株大鼠食管癌裸鼠移植瘤(RE25/N和RE66/N)。此四株人体和大鼠食管癌裸鼠移植瘤株为食管癌病因、发病机理及治疗的研究,提供了极好的模型。
Twelve human esophageal carcinoma surgical specimens were transplan- ted subcutaneously into NC and BALB/C nude mice, among which two xenografts could be grown to palpable tumors. Two human esophageal carcinoma nude mice models (HEC2 and HEC6) have been established. The transplanted tumors had been maintained for more than two years through 32 passages. Tumors grew quite steadily and fast The rate of inoculation was 100%. The biological characteristics of tumors kept stable. The rat esophageal carcinoma nude mice models (RE25/N and RE66/N) have also been established. These four human and rat esophageal carcinoma xenograft models in nude mice will help in the studies of the etiology, carcinogenic mechanism, and treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
