摘要
利用7根多晶态GaO2空芯传能光纤,将7台50W的CO2激光器输出的激光能量合并成一束激光,使输出的激光功率达到319W,聚集后激光光斑直径为0.2mm,由此实现低功率激光器合并成高功率激光。
Seven 50 W carbon dioxide laser energy was combined into one laser beam by using seven polycrystal germanium dioxide hollow-core transmitting energy optical fibers,so the output laser power was reached 319 W.The focus diameter of the is 0.2 mm.Thus the high power laser beam can be produced from the low power laser beams.
