脑外伤的质子磁共振波谱研究

摘要 磁共振波谱可检测到创伤性脑损伤的脑组织生化代谢异常 ,波谱表现因损伤程度及检测时期不同而不同 ,对评估脑外伤伤情、预测预后及监测治疗有一定帮助。就脑外伤后质子磁共振波谱表现 ,如NAA、Cho。
