基于调研成果 ,分析了目前上海市公共建筑的管理模式与建筑能源的匹配情况 。

Based on the survey in shanghai office,commercial and hotel buildings,the building management module and the decision of energy source selection are first introduced,then the impact on building energy use of these two factors are analyzed.
