活性氧与血管内皮细胞的信号转导 被引量:3

摘要 一定量的活性氧 (ROS)可作为血管内皮细胞内信号转导分子 ,通过作用于细胞内相关靶分子 ,调节细胞生长、凋亡和生存的相关基因 ,从而对生理和病理生理情况下血管自稳调节起重要作用。
