表皮干细胞表面标志物的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 表皮干细胞具有高度自我更新能力及终末分化低的特性 ,从而可维持表皮的自我更新和完整性。目前对表皮干细胞表面标志物的研究已取得了一定的进展 ,但仍然缺乏具有特异性的表面标志物。就国内外对表皮干细胞表面标志物在整合素 ,角蛋白 ,基因物质P6 3,CD71,连接蛋白 4 3,C8/ 14 4B和CD34等方面的研究进展作一综述。
