摘要
本文重点研究了耐热光敏聚酰亚胺胶的配制,探索到了最佳溶剂和添加剂(即增感剂和交联剂等)、研究了添加剂的用量与感光特性的关系.
The preparation of thermally stable photosensitive polyimide is studied. The optimumdissolvent and additive (sensitizer and cross-linking reagent) have been found. The relationbetween the photosensitivity and the quantity of additive is also atudied.
