摘要
本文用自制卵巢上皮癌单抗COC166-9与包载阿霉素的脂质体结合制备成免疫脂质体MLA。通过应用MLA对24只荷人卵巢癌裸鼠进行导向治疗,初步结果证明,导向治疗效果明显高于非导向治疗,具有研究价值和临床应用前景。
Conjgates of monoclonal antibody (MAb) and adriamycin entrapped in liposomes (MLA) wereprepared by COC 166-9. The MAb against ovarian serous adenocarcinoma generated in our laboratory.Target therapies with MLA were done in 24 nude mice bearing human ovarian carcinoma in 5 diffe-rent groups. The results demonstrated that MLA group presented the best therapeutic effect than allthe other groups which gave a very helpful clue to clinical target therapy of ovarian carcinoma in thefuture.
