摘要
将ACR乳液应用于VC悬浮聚合中合成了具有核-壳结构的新型PVC树脂,从而改善了PVC树脂的冲击性能及流动性能,探讨了该树脂的结构,并将其与共混改性PVC树脂进行了比较,结果表明:高抗冲PVC树脂中的ACR能与PVC分子形成纳米级混合,从而提高了树脂的韧性,改进了加工性能。
ACR emulsion was used in the suspension polymerization of VC and a new kind of PVC resin with core-shell structure was synthesized,and thus the impact property and flow behavior of PVC resin were improved.The structure of the new kind of PVC resin was studied and compared with that of blending PVC resin.The results showed that ACR contained in the high-impact PVC resin could mix with PVC molecule in the form of nanoparticles,so the toughness and processability of PVC resin were improved.
