聚合酶链反应检测霍乱弧菌肠毒素基因ctx的应用研究

Application of PCR in detection of pathogenic vibio cholera

〔目的〕建立霍乱病原菌快速检测的检验技术。〔方法〕运用单次和巢式聚合酶反应检测霍乱弧菌肠毒素基因ctx。〔结果〕本技术检测霍乱病原菌特异性强 ,检测下限达 4cfu/ml( 10 0 cfu/ml级水平 )。〔结论〕本技术检定霍乱病原菌简便、快速、敏感度高且准确性好。

Objective To establish a method for rapid detection of pathogenic vibio cholera.〔Methods〕 The vibio cholera's ctx sequence was determined with routine PCR and Nested-PCR,respectively.〔Results〕 This method was specific for detection of pathogenic vibio cholera and the lowest detection limit was 4cfu/ml.〔Conclusions〕 This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate for detection of choler's pathogens.
