摘要
〔目的〕探讨分析微生物学技术在布鲁氏菌 (简称布氏 )分类学鉴定中的意义。〔方法〕按常规法培养收集布氏菌冻干菌体 ,用P2 O5、CaCl2 制备不同含水量标本 ,用SDS、饱和酚、氯仿—异戊醇提取布氏菌菌体蛋白及脂多糖 ;应用几种热分析技术对其进行了测定。〔结果〕布氏菌的不同结构组份具有相应的的热谱特征。〔结论〕利用分析微生物学方法可对布氏菌进行一种新型的分类学鉴定。
Objective To study the significance of analytical microbiological techniques for taxological appraisal of brucella.〔Methods〕The frozen-dry brucella strain was cultured and harvested by common method and the samples containing different volumes of water were prepared using diphosphorus pentaoxide and calcium chloride anhydrous. The brucella thalli protein lipopolysaccharide were distilled with SDS and saturated phenol and the mixture of trichloromethane and isoamyl alcohol after they were mensurated using several thermodynamic analyzing techniques.〔Results〕 Different components of the brucella had their corresponding characteristics of heat chart.〔Conclusions〕The analytical microbiological techniques can be used to identify brucella.
