摘要
〔目的〕建立一种同时测定水中砷和硒的方法。〔方法〕采用硝酸 -高氯酸消化样品后用双道氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定水中的砷和硒。〔结果〕方法简单、快速、准确 ,灵敏度高。方法检出限砷和硒分别为 0 .3 1μg L、0 97μg L ,平均回收率分别为 97.8%、94.0 % ,平均标准偏差分别为 1.48、3 .74。〔结论〕水中的砷和硒可以用双道氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法同时测定。
Objective To find a method for simultaneous determination of As and Se in water.〔Methods〕 As and Se in water were determined by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.〔Results〕The detection limit was 0.31μg/L and 0.97μg/L,average recovery rate 97.8% and 94.0% and average relative standard deviation 1.48 and 3.74 for As and Se,respectively.〔Conclusions〕 As and Se in water can be detected by hydride generation-AFS.
