以急性溶血性贫血为首发表现的Wilson病1例

摘要
目的:认识Wilson病(WD)临床表现的多样性. 方法:报告1例以急性溶血性贫血(溶贫)为首发表现的WD,并行文献复习. 结果和结论:以急性溶血为首发症状是WD一种少见的起病形式,常伴肝衰竭,预后不佳;WD误诊率较高主要与临床表现复杂多样有关,对于年轻的不明病因的溶贫患者应注意排除WD的可能;血清碱性磷酸酶活性下降对诊断有一定帮助.
