环氧合酶-2与Barrett食管及其相关腺癌的关系 被引量：1

摘要 Barrett食管与食管癌发生有关,尤其是与食管腺癌密切相关,而环氧合酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)的过表达与Barrett食管及其相关腺癌的发生、发展有关,通过干预治疗有可能阻断其进一步向恶性肿瘤发展.非甾体类消炎药抗肿瘤细胞增生和诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用已引起广泛关注,其抗肿瘤作用机制可能与抑癌基因失活、改变某些与增生及凋亡有关基因表达、影响免疫、促进肿瘤血管生成有关.本文就COX-2与Barrett食管及其相关腺癌的研究进展进行综述.
