射频导管消融致心律失常性右心室发育不良合并的室性心动过速

Radiofrequency catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia in two patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia

摘要在致心律失常性右心室发育不良(ARVD)患者中的室性心动过速(VT)多为折返机制[1-3],关于其射频消融较少报告,现报道2例应用拖带标测技术指导消融ARVD合并的右心室流入道VT.
