Ecological city will the development trend in our country,and how to control pollution will be the main task.Emission trading will make the environmental goals of the ecological city realized easily,environmental pollution controlled effectively.And it will also be the advantage of environmental economics,environmental administration,business management and the macro economy,prompt regional economy development in a good way.
