Agricultural industrilization is an important measure which our country's agriculture can use to welcome the challenge of entrying into 'WTO', speed up development and improve competence. The option of management pattern is also the first important problem which agricultural industrilization should meet. The thesis analyzes five premises of agricultural industrilization management in the field of Jialing river, lastly the thesis puts forward a series of pattern which is about agricultural industrilization management in the field of Jialing river.
