摘要
概述了CVD金刚石薄膜涂层工具的研究现状 ,分析了基体材料及其预处理方法对涂层工具膜基结合力的影响 ,并对影响工具切削性能的因素作了综述。
The general situation of CVD diamond film coating tools is introduced. The influences of substrate materials and its pretreatment methods to the adhesion between film and substrates were analyzed, and the factors of influencing the properties of cutting tools were also summarized.
