摘要
研制了一种基于CCD图像的齿轮参数测量系统 ,给出了采用数字图像处理技术非接触测量几何参数的方法 ,包括图像的预处理、二值化、轮廓提取以及齿轮参数的计算等 ,分析了误差产生原因 ,通过测量实例证明了该方法在实际应用中的可行性和正确性。
Based on CCD image,a measuring system for gear parameters is developed. The non-contact measuring method for geometrical parameters is presented by means of the digital image manipulation technology, including image pre-processing, image binary-conversion, boundary encoding and calculation of gear's geometrical parameters, etc. The reasons to cause the error are analyzed. The feasibility and validity of the method in actual usage are testified by a measuring example.
