提出了一种用可编程控制器(PLC)实现生产过程自动控制的设计方案。文中比较详细地介绍了设计过程,包括具体的设计要求、对设计任务的分析、可编程控制器型号的选择、I/0接点的分配、实际状态及传感器与I/0接点的对应关系、PLC接线图等具体内容,并且给出了完整的硬件电路图、软件流程图、梯形图程序和指令表程序。
