摘要
随着手机工业的迅猛发展 ,金属手机外壳的需求趋势上升 ,提高金属手机外壳拉深成形工艺 ,缩短产品生产制造周期 ,具有一定的经济意义。给出了金属手机外壳拉深成形工艺 ,通过滑移线法确定了展开毛坯形状并通过数值模拟分析了压边力和工艺孔对拉深成形的影响。给出了提高金属手机外壳拉深成形质量 ,减少或消除成形时出现的拉深、压缩失稳的一般方法。
With the rapid development of cell phone indusry, the demand for the metal cell phone cover(MCPC) is in the increasing tendency. So how to improve the process of MCPC drawing and shorten the production cycle will influence the economy to some extent. In this paper, the drawing deformation technology of MCPC is given, furthermore, the shape of the blank is obtained through the theory of slip line field and the influence of drawing deformation caused by the bland holding force and the process holes is analysed by numerical simulation too. In addition, the improvement of drawing deformation quality of MCPC, the diminishment of elimination methods of tensile and press instability are also presented.
