摘要
白灵菇以其鲜美的味道、较好的口感和明显的保健作用成为我国近年来迅速发展的人工栽培珍稀食用菌。依据文献资料及研究工作综述了白灵菇的生物学特性、营养成分、药用价值、栽培研究的历史、现状 。
The cultivation of rare mushroom Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi develops rapidly in recent years in China because of its deliciousness, good texture, and evident nutraceutical effects. Advances in studies on mushroom Pleurotus ferulae, including its biological characteristics, nutrient components, medical values, present situation and history of the cultivation, and culture technology and its genetics based on literature and outcome of our own research are summarized in this paper.;
