环氧合酶-2在骨肉瘤中的表达及与血管内皮生长因子相关性的研究

Expression of cyclooxypenase 2 and the correlation between cyclooxypenase 2 and vascular endothelial growth factor in osteosarcoma

目的 :探讨环氧合酶 2 (COX 2 )在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)的相关性。方法 :应用免疫组织化学染色的方法研究人骨肉瘤组织中COX 2和VEGF的表达。结果 :COX 2在骨肉瘤中表达阳性率为 67 7% ,而VEGF表达阳性率为 5 8 1%。COX 2表达与VEGF表达显著相关 (γS=0 5 676,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :骨肉瘤组织中存在COX 2的高表达 ,COX 2与骨肉瘤的新生血管生成密切相关 。

Objective:To investigate the expression of cyclooxypenase 2 (COX-2) and the effect of cyclooxypenase 2 (COX-2) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in osteosarcoma.Method:The expression of COX-2,VEGF in human osteosarcoma tissue was analyzed with immunohistochemistry.Result:The positive rate of COX-2 expression was 67.7% and the positive rate of VEGF expression was 58.1% in osteosarcoma,and there was a positive correlation between expression of COX-2 and VEGF.Conclution:COX-2 overexpression is found in human osteosarcoma.Expression of COX-2 may contribute to angiogenesis in osteosarcoma,this action is probably related to the production of angiogenic factors such as VEGF modulated by COX-2.
