摘要
主要考察了层柱蒙脱土的催化裂解性能 ,并对其主要影响因素作了分析 ,首次以B酸催化模型反应 (异丙苯转化反应 )考察了不同合成方法 (包括超声法、微波法和常规离子交换法 )对所得催化剂的催化裂解性能的影响 ,发现不同合成途径所得微孔催化剂并无显著差异。粉末XRD测试分析表明 ,不同合成方法都能得到结构基本一致、层间距离相近的铝柱粘土分子筛。超声法和微波法较原离子交换方法显著地缩短了合成所需时间 ,提高了制备效率。
Montmorillonite, as a member of dioctahedral smectite, was investigated in its pillared form from the point of catalytic application. It was observed that alumina pillared montmorillonite prepared by different synthesis procedures, including ultrasonication, microwave radiation and conventional intercalation methods, had the analogous activity in the solid acid catalyzed model reaction of cumene conversion. Employing powder X-ray diffraction determinations, all the pillared products had the similar structure, namely the characteristic interlayer distance of alumina pillared clay. The new methods using ultrasonication or microwave decreased the intercalation time in the synthesis of pillared clay, suggesting the potential application in future industry production.
