摘要
传统湿法生产活性白土 ,系用一定浓度的硫酸去活化膨润土 ,整个工艺过程耗酸 2 %~ 3 5 % ,剩余的酸浓度为 15 %~ 16%的废酸水则直接排放 ,污染了环境。经试验 ,废酸水虽含有一些金属离子 ,但和酸度 3 %~ 5 %的一漂酸水可重复利用。废酸水连续使用二次 ,产品质量与传统法的基本相当 ,但可节水、节酸 ,又可保护环境。
Production of activated white clay by wet method is to make bentonite activation with certain concentration of surphuric acid.The acid consumption is 2% to 3.5% in this process and the surplus acid wastewater with concentration 15%~16% of acid will be drained off directly.Experiment shows that the acid wastewater with some metal ions and the first bleaching water with concentration 3%~5% of acid can be used again,quality of products is the same with traditional method,but this process can save water and acid and can protect environment.
