活性白土制备工艺条件优化研究

Study on Optimization of Technological Conditions for Preparation of Activated White Clay

采用三个产地的膨润土原料 ,在不同活化条件下进行了试验 ,确定了对应的最佳工艺条件 ,分析了活化产品的脱色率和脱色力随活化工艺条件的变化规律。结果表明 ,酸法活化对于不同产地的膨润土具有良好的适应性 ,通过控制适当的参数 ,均可获得令人满意的活化指标 ,但不同产地的膨润土原料 ,对应的最佳工艺条件不同。

Acid activations on three bentonite samples from different locations were tested under different combinations of acid dosages,temperatures and retention times,and the effects of activation process parameters on the decoloring ratios and on the decoloring capacities of the activated materials were discussed.Experimental results show that the acid activation process is applicable to different bentonite samples and satisfactory properties of the activated material can be obtained under controlled process parameters. However, the optimal process conditions vary from material to material.
