摘要
红外热像法是对加热保温设备衬里损伤进行检测及评估的有效手段之一 ,通过测定被测物外表面的温度场的分布 ,可以及时有效地发现加热炉等加热保温设备衬里材料的损伤部位 ,并对其损伤程度进行大致的评估 ,其快速、远距离、非接触的特点使它特别适用于在役设备的实时监控和在线检测。本试验运用红外热像技术监测加热炉炉壁外表面温度 ,并准确地发现其内部衬里损伤 。
Infrared image technology is a main method to evaluating destructive degree of the liner in reheating furnace. Based on the temperature field of the surface, we can find the destroyed part and evaluate destructive degree. Infrared image technology can inspect the equipment by using rapidl, far-distance and untouched character. Through this examination, we measured the surface temperature of the reheating furnace and found the destroying part. This technology can provide the scientific basis for production and forehead repair of reheating furnace.
