摘要 通过甲基四氢苯酐和环氧丙醇的开环聚合反应 ,一步法制备超支化聚酯 ,聚酯的数均摩尔质量为 14 5 0~2 6 0 0 g/mol,支化度在 0 4 1~ 0 71之间。用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯改性 ,合成了UV固化超支化聚酯 ,并对其光固化性能进行了初步研究 ,发现超支化聚酯能有效降低固化膜的线收缩率 ,聚酯的官能度越高 ,固化膜的硬度越大 ,固化速度越快 ,在约 1s的固化时间内凝胶率超过 75 %。 The title hyperbranched polyester resin has been prepared by an one-stage process through ring opening reaction of epoxy propanol with methyl terahydrophathalic anhydride,molar mass 1 450~2 600 g/mol,and degree of branching 0.41~0.71.The UV Curable hyperbranched polyester is prepared by modification with glycidyl methacrylate.The preliminary study for its UV curing property has shown that the hyperbranched polyester can reduce the linear shrinkage of the cured film;the higher of the functionality of polyester,the higher of the film hardness,the faster of curing process.The gelling conversion rate may be up to 75% in only one second of curing time.
