Essential Criterion of Business Ethics

商业道德的狭义一般是指商业行业及其从业人员在市场交换活动中所应遵循的伦理原则和道德规范。商业道德在市场经济社会中有非常重要的地位和作用。商业道德的基本规范可以概括为:"交换自由,平等协商;公平交易,讲究情义;诚实守信,追求信誉;优质服务,礼貌待客;公平竞争,正当求利"。

Business ethics means in the narrow sense the ethical principles and moral criteria that the commercial trade and its practitioners should abide by during the market exchanges. The business ethics plays a very important role in the society of market economy. It can be summarized as :'free exchange ,equal negotiation; fair dealing ,respect emotion; be honest and keep faith ,in pursuit of reputation; highquality service ,be polite to customers; fair competition ,and make profit by reasonable means'.
