摘要
为深入了解充气太空管的展开动力学性能,进行了充气太空管的展开模拟研究.建立了管的多体理论模型,并应用Wang和Johnson的有限元分析结果,在多体模型中考虑了不断变化的管结构形状以及内部气压的影响.通过模拟得到了充气管在展开过程中的展开角度、展开速度以及加速度随时间的变化关系.结果表明,充气太空管展开时的速度先增大后减小;展开过程中存在展开加速度的波动,而且充气速率越大,波动越明显.通过与已发表的研究结果的对比,验证了模拟的有效性.
In order to understand the deployment dynamics of inflatable space tubes, a deployment simulation is made. A multibody model of the inflatable tube is built up, according to Wang and Johnson's finite element research results, the changeable configuration and the inner pressure of the tube are considered in the model. The relationships between the deployment angle, deployment velocity, deployment acceleration and deployment time are obtained through the simulation. Results reveal that the deployment velocity increases first, then decreases after reaching the climax; additionally, there exists a fluctuation of acceleration in the deployment process. The bigger the charge rate is, the more remarkable the fluctuation is. Simulation results are verified by the reported testing results.
