Solid phase bonding of discontinuously reinforced aluminum based metal matrix composites

摘要 阐述与评价了国内外非连续增强铝基复合材料固相焊接研究现状及发展趋势,分别讨论了摩擦焊、扩散焊、瞬间液相焊在焊接非连续增强铝基复合材料时存在的主要问题、解决措施,特别对瞬间液相焊作了详细的综述. Developments in solid phase bonding of discontinuously reinforced Al MMCs have been reviewed. Great attention has been focused on specific materials problems and trends in developments related to friction welding, diffusion welding and transient liquid phase(TLP)bonding. Much more attention has been paid to TLP bonding.
