参麦注射液对垂体后叶素诱发小鼠心肌缺血的保护作用

Protective effect of Shenmai injection on pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemic injury in mice

目的 :观察参麦注射液对心肌缺血的保护作用。方法 :实验动物随机分为两组 ,参麦注射液组 :参麦注射液 0 .2ml/1 0g腹腔注射 ,每天 2次 ;缺血组 :生理盐水 0 .2ml/1 0g腹腔注射 ,每天 2次 ,3天后腹腔注射垂体后叶素 2 0u/kg诱导急性心肌缺血 ;观察心电图变化 (J点改变及心率变化 )。结果 :与缺血组比较 ,参麦注射液明显减少心肌缺血心脏的心电图J点的抬高幅度 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,并能抑制心肌缺血所致的心率减慢 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :参麦注射液有预防缺血性损伤。

Objective:To observe the protective effect of Shenmai on the myocardial ischemic injury in mice.Methods:The experimental animals were divided into two groups randomly.In the Shenmai group,the mice were injected Shenmai intraperitoneally twice a day(0.2 ml/10 g,ip).In the ischemic group,the mice were given normal saline twice a day(0.2 ml/10 g,ip).Three days later,pituitrin(20 u/kg) was injected intraperitoneally to induce myocardial ischemic injury.The electrocardiogram was recorded.Results:Shenmai injection reduced the rise amplitude of J spot in electrocardiogram( P <0.01).The heart rate of Shenmai group did not significantly slow down( P < 0.01 ).Conclusions:These results demonstrate that Shenmai injection can protect myocardium from ischemic injury.
