米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的应用

Mifepristone in combination with misoprostol for labor induction of second trimester in women with scarred uterus

目的 :观察米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的疗效。方法 :对 35例瘢痕子宫孕妇 ,孕期 1 3～ 2 6周 ,用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇引产。结果 :引产成功率 1 0 0 % ,无一例发生子宫颈裂伤或瘢痕破裂。结论

Objective:To test the effects of mifepristone in combination with misoprostol on labor induction of second trimester in women with scarred uterus.Methods:Mifepristone in combination with misoprostol was used to the labor induction for 35 pregnant women(gestational duration ranged from 13 to 26 weeks) with scarred uterus.Results:The successful labor induction rate was 100%,with no laceration of cervix or rupture of the scar.Conclusions:Mifepristone in combination with misoprosal is an ideal agent for labor induction of second trimester in women with scarred uterus.
