摘要
目的研究格列齐特 β 环糊精包合物的制备方法及包合物的增溶效果。 方法采用逆向搅拌法制备格列齐特 β 环糊精包合物 ,用紫外分光光度法测定格列齐特、包合物的溶解度。 结果经差示扫描量热分析、紫外光谱、薄层色谱等方法证明 ,格列齐特和 β 环糊精已形成包合物。 结论由测定包合物溶解度结果可知格列齐特 β 环糊精包合物可使格列齐特溶解度提高 4 .3倍。
ObjectiveTo study the method of preparing gliclazide-β-cyclodextrin and determine its solubility. MethodsUsing test of counter mixture stirring to prepare gliclazide-β-cyclodextrin.The solubility of inclusion complex and gliclazide were measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. ResultsThe inclusion complex was confirmed by differential scanning calorimetry,ultraviolet-spectroscopy,thin-layer chromatography. Inclusion complex of gliclazide with β-cyclodextrin was formed. ConclusionThe solubility of inclusion complex was increased by 4.3 times.
