摘要
基于标准的k-ε双方程紊流模型,采用SIMPLEC算法,在贴体坐标系下,通过求解三维Navier-Stokes方程,对一离心泵压水室内部流动进行了数值模拟和分析,得到了内部流动的主要特征 研究表明:按常规水力设计方法设计的压水室,在压水室径向断面内存在明显的二次流,速度矩也有明显的梯度
Based on the standard k-ε model, the three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation is solved with SIMPLEC algorithm in the body-fitted curvilinear coordinate for internal flow through the spiral casing of centrifugal pump. Major characteristics of internal flow in the spiral casing are obtained by numerical simulation. The results show that there exist evidently the secondary cross flow and large gradient of the velocity moment on the cross-sections of the spiral casing, which may be the reason why the large energy losses are found in the spiral casing of centrifugal pump.
