利用光栅式位移传感器测量了不同缝宽的单缝衍射的相对光强 .本文介绍了光栅式位移传感器的测量原理、光栅测量系统、实验装置和调试要求 .实验结果表明 。
The relative diffraction intensity of single slits of different seperations is measured using the grating displacement sensor. In this paper, the experiment principle, grating measuring system, laboratory devices, and adjustment requirements are introduced. The results show that displacement measurement has high accuracy using the Moiré fringes generated by the grating measuring system.
