同步12导联动态心电图对房性心动过速的定位研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨同步12导联动态心电图(DCG)对房性心动过速(AT)的定位价值.方法随机选择12导联同步DCG明确诊断为AT者46例,男32例、女14例,年龄50~86(68.74士7.56)岁;根据AT发生时P′波的形态特点判断AT的起源.结果AT发生最多起源于右心房界嵴部(32.16%)和右上肺静脉(45.65%),P<0.05、P<0.005;其次为右心房下部间隔侧(13.04%).结论根据DCG AT发生时的P′波表现初步判断AT的起源部位,能为临床和射频消治疗提供一定的依据,值得进一步研究.
