摘要
法国将学校作为信息社会的基石,在中小学和高等教育中大力发展应用信息与通讯技术,特别在国家宏观主导,国家开发信息资源,设置信息与通讯技术证书,制定教育中信息与通讯技术的法制规范等方面体现了法国教育信息化的基本战略与特点。
Schools are regarded as the foundation of informational society in France, and developing and applying information and communication technology in basic education and higher education are emphasized. The basic strategy and features of educational informationalization in France can be reflected on such aspects as follows: the macroscopic guidance of government, government developing informational resources, designing the certificate of information and communication technology, making the regulations for information and communication technology in education.
