摘要
目的 :探讨中药治疗帕金森病 (PD)的作用和机制 ,观察银杏平颤方及其拆方对帕金森病 (PD)模型小鼠前脑纹状体SOD、MDA和GSH -Px含量的影响。方法 :应用MPTP制作PD小鼠模型。应用光电比色法测定前脑SOD、MDA和GSH -Px。结果 :( 1)模型组SOD、GSH -Px活力明显低于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而MDA含量显著高于正常组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;( 2 ) 14天、2 8天中药组脑组织中SOD、GSH -Px活力明显高于模型组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,而MDA含量低于模型组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :银杏平颤方及其拆方组能增加PD模型小鼠脑组织内自由基清除酶类的活力 ,降低脂质过氧化物的含量。
Abstrac:Objective: To investigate the effect and its mechanism of Chinese herb recipe in the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD), to observe the effect of Yinxingchuchan Recipe and its three similar prescriptions on the forebrain striatum and DA metabolism of model mouse for PD. Methods:The Parkinson's disease model was established by consecutive administration of 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP) to C57/BL mice. The mice was given continually Yinxingchuchan Recipe and its three similar prescriptions for 14 and 28 days, then killed, taking out the forebrain and striate body; MDA, SOD, GSH-Px were measured. The black substance was destroyed by stereotaxic technique with 6-OHDA and the injured model by free radical was made, the rat was given filling the stomach with Pingchan decoction for ten days, then killed, and MDA, T-SOD, GSH, GSH-PX in the black substance and striate body were measured. MDA, SOD, GSH-Px were measured in forebrain striatum. Results: After taking Yinxingchuchan Recipe and its three similar prescriptions all MPTP treated mice showed dominant increase in content of the SOD and GSH-Px in its forebrain striatum (P<0.001) and decrease in MDA (P<0.001).Chinese medicine group Huayutongluo(H) treated mice showed dominant increase in content of SOD and GSH-Px. Conclusions: Yinxingchuchan Recipe plays role in antioxidation injury of free radical and in protection the neuron.
