功能性消化不良 (Functionaldyspepsia ,FD)为临床常见病、多发病 ,为近年来消化系统疾病的研究热点 ,属中医胃脘痛、痞症范畴 ;朱生梁教授从详辨病因病机入手 ,认为本病为肝气犯胃 ,胃失和降为本 ,临床强调 ,辨病辨证相结合 ,尤重疏肝和胃 ,并注重心理因素在FD发病中的作用。据此 ,朱教授应用中医理论组成疏肝健胃方 ,同时配合心理干预 ,临床治疗FD疗效显著。
