摘要
目的 :研究家兔失血性休克和再灌注时血液流变学特性的变化及灵芝多糖 (GLP)的影响和可能机制。方法 :复制家兔失血性休克再灌注 (HS -R)模型 ,观察休克和再灌注过程中血浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)、PH值、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性、全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞压积 (HCT)及红细胞变形能力的变化以及GLP对上述指标的影响。结果 :与休克前相比 ,休克时血浆MDA、全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞压积均明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,红细胞SOD活性和红细胞变形能力及血浆PH值则明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;生理盐水 (N -S)再灌注时可明显降低休克时全血粘度、血浆粘度和血细胞压积 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血浆MDA进一步升高 ,红细胞SOD活性、红细胞变形能力和血浆PH值与休克时相比则进一步降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;GLP再灌注时可明显逆转休克时上述指标的变化 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :GLP可明显改善HS -R时的血液流变学特性 ,改善微循环 ,对HS -R损伤起保护作用 ,其机制可能为GLP提高红细胞SOD活性、抑制脂质过氧化。
Objective The effect of GLP on Hemorheology in hemorrhagic shock /reperfusion (HS-R)injury and its mechanism were researched. Method Using the model of HS-R, the serum MDA,PH, activity of SOD in erythrocyte ,blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, HCT and erythrocyte deformability were observed in the course of hemorrhagic shock and reperfusion. The effect of GLP on these parameters were also observed. Result the content of serum MDA, blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and HCT were increased significantly(P<0.05) in the course of shock compared with those before shock, but the activity of SOD ,erythrocyte deformability and serum pH were decreased significantly(P<0.05).With reperfusion of N-S, blood viscosity plasma viscosity, and HCT were decreased significantly(P<0.05)compared with those in shock course, but the other parameters were altered(P<0.05) more severely. With reperfusion of GLP, the abnormal changes of all the above parameters were diminished remarkably (P<0.05). Conclusion GLP has protective effect on HS-R injury through improving the feature of hemorrheology.
