四逆散对小鼠胃肠运动影响的拆方研究

Decomposing study of Si-Ni-San on the gastrointestinal motility of the mouse

目的 :研究四逆散及其拆方组对小鼠胃肠运动的影响 ,探讨其组方的合理性。方法 :通过小鼠胃内色素残留率及小肠推进比 ,观察四逆散及其拆方组对小鼠胃肠运动抑制和亢进模型的影响。结果 :四逆散全方组既能拮抗阿托品引起的小鼠胃肠运动减弱 ,又能拮抗新斯的明引起的小鼠胃肠运动加速。结论 :四逆散对小鼠胃肠运动具有双向调节作用。

Objective:To study the effect of Si-Ni-San and each decomposed group on the gastrointestinal motility of the mouse and evaluate the rationality of it. Methods:By using the experimental indice as intro-gastric remainder rate and propulsive proportion of small intestine of malachite green,the effect of Si-Ni-San and each decomposed group on the mice models with thegastrointestinal motility in the restraint and excitation was observed. Results:Si-Ni-San showed the most significant effect on gastric emptying function of the mice treated with atropine and neostigmine .Conclusion:It is evident that the recipe can modulate the motility of gastrointestinal profoundly.
