《伤寒论》课题科研设计思路方法释解

The way about the design of scientific research of problem task on 《Treatment of Cold-attack》

建国 40余年来 ,以实验为主对《伤寒论》的研究主要体现在五个方面 ,即 :《伤寒论》方单味药的药理研究 ;《伤寒论》方“药物配伍”的药理研究 ;《伤寒论》方整体的药理研究 ;六经实际的研究 ;《伤寒论》辨证论治、统一内因外因的研究。提出了《伤寒论》课题科研设计研究的思路 ,即 :立足于对《伤寒论》方剂的综合研究 ,建立符合六经病证特点的证候动物模型 ,注重《伤寒论》类方的研究 ,运用数学方法研究《伤寒论》包括阐释辨证 ,使六经辨证规范化、标准化、客观化 ,研究《伤寒论》方药 ,整理《伤寒论》文献。

Since our nation was found fifty-four years ago, the research of 《Treatment of Cold-attack》 has been respected mainly in five aspects: the pharmacological research of single medicine in prescriptions of 《Treatment of Cold-attack》, the pharmacological research of modification of compatibility of drugs in prescriptions of 《Treatment of Cold-attack》, the pharmacological rearch of the whole prescriptions in 《Treatment of Cold-attack》, the physical rearch of six meridians, the research of treatment based upon syndrome differeniation, treatment variation, and the unity of endogenous factors and exogenous factors on 《Treatment of Cold-attack》.
