Effects of different degrees of pregnancy induced hypertension on neonatal weight and placental weight

【目的】了解不同程度妊高征对胎盘及其对新生儿的影响。【方法】对我院分娩的 12 5例妊高征病例进行回顾性分析 ,由此获得数据。【结果】重度妊高征对胎盘及新生儿的影响明显 ,高于轻、中度妊高症 ,并且小于胎龄儿 (SGA)的发生率更高。【结论】加强孕期保健 ,积极治疗 ,提高子宫及胎盘的血液灌注量能降低围产儿发病率和病死率。

To investigate the influlences of different degrees of pregnancy-induced hypertension on placenta and neonatal.We performed a retrospective analysis of 125 pregnancy-induced hypertension cases at our hospital. Data were obtained by review of the medical records.Severe degree cases occurred earlier than mild or moderate degree cases and bad more influences on placenta and neonatal with higher incidence of SGA.[Conclusion]Strengthening care, treating actively and improving blood infusion of uterus and placenta can decrease neonatal morbidity and mortality.
