应该重视对学生隐私权的法律保护

我国现行法律还没有提出明确的隐私权概念,但已经把隐私权作为公民的一项重要权利规定在《宪法》、《民事诉讼法》、《未成年人保护法》等法律之中。然而,到目前为止,几乎所有的学术研究和法律文件都只对应当保护隐私和隐私权问题予以关注,而对如何保护以及保护范围等重要问题,则没有实质性的突破。尤其是学生隐私权保护问题尚未得到应有的重视,学生隐私权被侵犯的事件时有发生,有的甚至造成非常严重的后果。学生隐私权得不到应有的尊重和保护,不仅会影响学生的成长,也将不利于社会的进步。

But so far, almost all scholarships study and all with law documents to breakthrough should aegis privacy with right of privacy problem be concerned, but rightly how to protect and protection scope and so forth of problem have no substance.Particularly that a student rights of privacy should be protected haven't yet emphasized student rights of privacy quilt affairs that infringe upon have to take place, and have even to result in very and seriously result, the student can not yet be respection and protected and it would be not only affect the student's growth, but also won't benefit the society's advance.
