摘要
分析人力资本股权化激励的几个理论问题,提出从人力资本理论角度来研究激励的一种思路。文章从人力资本及其产权特性出发,分析了人力资本股权化激励的理论逻辑,指出人力资本股权化激励的实质是控制权和剩余索取权的分配,并进一步分析了异质性人力资本的收入分配激励途径以及人力资本理论的发展。
The article analyses the theoretical issues of stock incentives to human capital and presents a way of thoughts to study the incentive theory and practice from the viewpoint of human capital theory. The paper starts from human capital and its characteristics of property rights, associated with the theoretical basis of incentives to human capital. It interprets the stock incentives to human capital as the allocation of residual claims and discusses the incentive ways of the special human capital in corporation respectively.
