论公益诉讼的提起主体

公益诉讼是指为维护国家和社会公共利益而提起的诉讼。它是国家机关、社会团体或公民对公共事务进行管理的方式之一。建立公益诉讼可以完善我国司法制度,促进法治发展。公益诉讼的提起主体是公益诉讼的基本理论,问题的解决有利于建构我国公益诉讼制度,具有很强的现实价值。公益诉讼的提起主体应该是开放的、多元的,既包括检察机关,还包括社会团体和公民个人。
