摘要
目的 建立一个石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中铅的升温程序。 方法 通过对石墨炉干燥、灰化、原子化、净化过程的实验和研究 ,借助绘制吸收光度—温度曲线来确定升温程序。 结果 铅含量在 0 0~ 75 0 μg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,线性相关系数大于 0 995 ,本法检出限为 3 0 μg/L(取尿样 0 2ml)。对铅含量为 15 0、3 0 0、75 0 μg/L的配制样 ,测得方法RSD为 0 78%~ 1 85 % ,标准加入回收率在 96 0 %~ 10 6 3 %之间。 结论 建立的石墨炉原子吸收法测定尿中铅的升温程序 ,提高了灵敏度 。
Objective To establish an optimum furnace program for GFAAS determination of lead in Urine. Methods Experiment and study on furnace program of GFAAS such as dry, pyrolysis, atomization, clean-out were carried out and furnace program by aid of plotting the absorbance-temperature curve was confirmed. Results The linearity range of calibration curve is 0.00~75.00μg/L,the correlation coefficient were greater than 0.995. The detection limit was 3.0μg/L(0.2ml urine sample was taken),the precision (RSD)were between 0.78~1.85%(urine lead concentration:15.0,30.0,75.0μg/L),recoveries of spiked samples ranged between 96.0~106.3%. Conclusion The furnace program of GFAAS for determination of lead in urine is sensitive and its accuracy is improved.
