咸宁市强化结核病归口管理3年效果分析

Analysis of intensified management of transferal of tuberculosis cases in the last three years in Xianning City,Hubei Province.

目的 评价强化结核病归口管理措施效果。 方法 对 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年咸宁市结防机构结核病人发现登记及综合医疗机构结核病人登记、报告、转诊资料进行全面分析 ,从而评价归口管理效果。 结果 3年中全市结核病人发现水平、转诊及转诊到位率逐年提高 ,丢失率逐年下降 ,转诊率从 71 8%提高到 93 0 % ,转诊到位率从 77 6%提高到 91 6% ,丢失率从 2 2 4%降低到 8 4%。 结论 加强领导和行政干预 ,严格执法 ,规范综合医疗机构结核病人发现、登记、报告、转诊制度 。

Objective To evaluate the results in intensifying the management of transferal of tuberculasis cases in Xianjning City. Methods The data concerning tuberculosis cases registered,reported and transferred in institutions for tuberculosis control and hospitals in 2000～2002 were comprehensively analyzed and the results were evaluated. Results The rates of discovery,transferal and complete transferal of tuberculosis cases had been increased year by year in the last three years,the missing rate had been kept dropping.The transferal complete transferal rates were increased from 71.8% and 77.6% to 93.0% and 91.6%,respectively,while the missing rate dropped from 22.4% to 8.4%. Conclusion To strengthen the management,administrative intervention,strictly enforce the law and standardize the regulations in discovery,registration,report and transferal of tuberculosis cases in integrated medical organizations are the key measures for enhancing the rates of transferal and complete transferal tuberculosis cases.
